Let me tell you... I HATE THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. On a scale of 1 - 10, my hate level is like a 429.6. So... back in February mama's car gave up the ghost and passed over the "Metallic Paint Bridge". We worked through the stages of mourning and then started the DREADED car buying process. We spent some time at a Ford dealership and a Honda lot. Just couldn't find anything that fluffed her bloomers. After several attempts, the Ford guy actually suggested we visit Subaru of Macon and offered a contact point. Next thing you know, she's burning rubber up the highway in her fancy new Outback. End of story right.... weeelllll... not quite.... May rolls around and son gets scholarships for an out of state school. Safe, dependable, economical, fun to drive transportation is suddenly a must... A lil blue Crosstrek seems to check all those boxes. Jeeps with big tires and LOUD exhaust are frowned upon in some uppity circles. Here's how you know these guys have the process figured out... we went back for a SECOND TIME and bought ANOTHER FREAKIN CAR from them! So far we have no complaints whatsoever. I'll update if we don't get a Christmas card this year! This has been a great experience. Adam was easily the best! Definitely ask for him! EDIT: It's been a few months now. Every time I get in the car, I think about how well Adam did. He took TIME to find the perfect car for me and my situation and I appreciate him, and the rest of this dealership, for the level of professionalism I've had and continue to receive. Also, I've now had the opportunity to have the car in service for maintenance. Normally, this is a pain point for most car owners and they have taken the pain completely out of this experience. He’s super friendly and very genuine and has been very knowledgeable in all the vehicles I had questions about.
